How does it work?

Four steps, from order to an apostilled document in your letterbox.

1. You place your order

You pick the document and the destination country and complete your order.

2. Your document reaches us

You send us the original, have the authority deliver it to us directly, or we obtain the certified copy for you.

3. Apostille at the court

We present the document to the court on your behalf and have the apostille added.

4. You receive it back

The apostilled document goes to you by registered post, and digitally as well if you want that.

Not sure whether you need an apostille or legalisation?

An apostille is enough for countries that have joined the Hague Apostille Convention. Our apostille page shows which route applies for each country.

To the apostille explanation

Country outside the convention?

Countries that have not joined the convention need a full legalisation chain through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy. We guide you through that too.
