How quickly do you reply?
On working days we reply to phone messages and emails within one working hour. If you contact us outside our opening hours, in the evening, on a Sunday or on a Dutch public holiday, we answer at the start of the next working day. A short email with your document attached usually gets the quickest, most complete reply.

Where is Beëdigde Vertaling Online formally registered?
Our registered office is Vliegveldweg 106, 6199 AD Maastricht-Airport, Netherlands, listed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 14093828. We are part of Ecrivus International (founded 2006).
You can verify the KvK registration yourself through the public KvK register. We are happy to receive you at our office by appointment, although online or phone contact is faster for most questions.

Can I visit Beëdigde Vertaling Online by appointment?
We work online by design: you upload your documents, pay and receive the translation by post or digitally, without travelling. For customers who prefer personal advice, want to hand over original certificates or need to discuss a complex file, we receive you by appointment at our office in Maastricht-Airport.
Almost all of our customers choose the online route, which is faster and cheaper because there is no travel time or parking cost. Make an appointment by phone or email if you do want to come in person; we cannot always receive unannounced visitors straight away.

Pricing and delivery at a glance
From €39 for the first page for Dutch ↔ English and Dutch ↔ French; from €59 for the first page for other languages; €75 per following page. The base price covers the translation, the sworn statement, the official stamp and our acceptance guarantee.
A digital copy (PDF by email) is an optional add-on for €9.95. Registered shipping within the Netherlands is €9.95, free from €299 (subtotal, Netherlands only). An apostille is €99 per document (optional, all-in: court fee and court application included).
Standard delivery is 5-7 working days. Need it faster? Express (2-3 working days, +50%, minimum €55) and same-day (+100%, minimum €75, Dutch ↔ English/French only, ordered before 12:00) are available as options in the order form.
Where do I find a sworn translator in the Netherlands?
You can order a sworn translation online from BeëdigdeVertalingOnline.nl without travelling to a physical office. Our network of Rbtv-registered translators covers every language pair. We are based at Maastricht-Airport, centrally placed for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
