About financial & tax translations
You need a sworn translation when a Dutch body, or an authority abroad, asks for financial and tax documents such as payslips, annual income statements and tax returns in another language and will only accept a translation with legal standing. We produce it through an Rbtv-registered translator and back it with our acceptance guarantee.
Our base price is €39 for the first page for Dutch ↔ English or French and €59 for the first page for other languages; each following page is €75. The base price covers the translation, the sworn statement, the official stamp and our acceptance guarantee. A digital copy (PDF by email) is €9.95, registered shipping within the Netherlands is €9.95 (free from €299), and an apostille is €99 per document. Standard delivery is 5–7 working days, with express and same-day options.
For use abroad many of these documents also need an apostille, a separate certificate confirming authenticity. We can arrange it with the translation for €99 per document.

How much does a certified translation cost?

How long does a certified translation take?
Standard delivery is 5–7 working days at no extra charge. Express (2–3 working days, +50%, minimum €55) and same-day (+100%, minimum €75, Dutch ↔ English/French only, ordered before 12:00) are available as options.
Do I also need an apostille?
For use abroad your document, and sometimes the translation, may need an apostille under the Hague Apostille Convention; Netherlands Worldwide explains when. We can add the apostille for €99 per document.
Will the IND accept the translation?
The IND requires foreign-language documents to be translated by a sworn (Rbtv) translator. Because we work only with Rbtv-registered translators, the translation meets that requirement, backed by our acceptance guarantee.
