Do I have to apply for the VOG myself first?
Yes. You apply for the VOG at Justis. You can have Justis send the original straight to our intake address, or forward the VOG to us yourself.
For which countries is an apostille enough?
For the countries that have joined the Apostille Convention (over 120 countries). If the country has not joined, legalisation through the embassy is needed; in that case choose the request on our legalisation page.
