Course catalogueDutch → Japanese
A certified Dutch–Japanese translation of a course catalogue is a sworn translation between Dutch and Japanese produced by a translator listed in the Dutch Register of Sworn Interpreters and Translators (Rbtv). The signed statement and official stamp give it legal standing, so Dutch authorities accept it. The price starts at €59 per page.

Why have a sworn translation of your Course catalogue made?
A sworn course catalogue translation is legally recognised and accepted by all Dutch and international authorities. Our RBTV-certified translators deliver your translation with the official statement, stamp and signature — ready to use straight away for your application.
What authorities require
A certified translation makes the content of your course catalogue readable and official in the target language. An apostille is a separate certificate, issued by a Dutch court (De Rechtspraak), that confirms the authenticity of the signature or seal for use abroad. They are complementary steps, not alternatives: for use in another country you often need both, and the order depends on the receiving authority.
Practical tips from our experts
- Upload a clear scan or photo of your course catalogue, choose the language pair and any options, and you receive a fixed quote before you confirm.
- A sworn translator then produces the translation, adds the statement and stamp, and you receive it digitally and, if you wish, by post.
Frequently Asked Questions about Course catalogue Translation
Answers to the most common questions
Only a translator who has been sworn before a Dutch court and entered in the Register of Sworn Interpreters and Translators (Rbtv), kept by Bureau Wbtv, may produce one. That translator adds a signed statement and official stamp, which is why Dutch authorities accept the translation.
A standard translation conveys meaning but has no legal status. A sworn translation is produced by an Rbtv-registered translator and carries a signed, stamped statement binding it to the source document, so authorities accept it for official use.
From €39 for the first page for Dutch ↔ English or French and €59 for other languages; €75 per following page. That price covers the translation, the sworn statement, the official stamp and our acceptance guarantee. A digital copy (€9.95), registered shipping (€9.95, free from €299) and an apostille (€99 per document) are optional.
Standard delivery is 5–7 working days at no extra charge. If you need it sooner, express (2–3 working days, +50%, minimum €55) or same-day (+100%, minimum €75, Dutch ↔ English/French only, ordered before 12:00) are available as options.
A sworn translation is valid in the Netherlands. For use abroad you often also need an apostille under the Hague Apostille Convention, or legalisation for countries outside it. We can add the apostille for €99 per document.
